| The Copper Basin Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Candidate Forum on August 30, 2010 at 7:00PM in Kearny AZ, at the Ray High School Auditorium, Highway 177, mile marker 146.5. This will be a perfect opportunity for the residents of the Copper Basin area to be able to meet and ask questions of the candidates before going to the polls in November and finalizing thier decision. |

| The Copper Basin Chamber of Commerce will be hosting thier annual Oktoberfest Car, Truck, Motorcyle and Gem show on October 1 & 2, 2010, in Kearny AZ off of Highway 177. There will be awards given for for Best of show, Ladies choice and muffler Rappin' (loudest pipes). Also several door prizes and drawings to be held thru out the day. there will be Kids games and crafts, Hotdog eating contest, Salsa contest, rural Firemen's Chili Cookoff along with food vendors, arts and craft vendors and so much more... Come out and enjoy our BeAuTiFuL town and enjoy a "Blast from the Past" here in Kearny Az..
